Our approach to coffee is in many ways the same of a chef ‘s approach to food. We source the best possible ingredient on season (in this case coffee seeds) we treat them with respect, handle it with care and try to extract the best flavors out of it. simple but effective. As espresso bar, we are well aware that we are the final component in a big chain that involves truly amazing passionate and inspiring people, farmers, pickers, buyers, roasters and baristas. All of which have worked very very hard to present you the best possible cup of coffee we could make. we love coffee, think, drink and breathe coffee.
