Refund policy

Our return policy is 14 days. The customer needs to give notice if they wish to return an item within 10 days of delivery. The package must then be returned to and received by Kofra within 7 days from the notice given. Kofra will refund the purchase to the customer within 14 days after notice, given the products have been returned and proof of shipment has been documented and verified.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Items bought in this webshop can be returned in any of our physical stores or can be sent via mail to our Upper St Giles location.
