Grind 50 - 60 grams of freshly roasted coffee and add to your Caffetiere.
Boil 500ml of filtered water and pour it into the Caffetiere. Leave it to sit for 5 minutes and resist the temptation to play with it.
Break the crust and remove it with a spoon. Now plunge!
Leave it for a further 2 minutes to cool a bit and enjoy!
