Each step of the meticulous process, guided by science, dedication, and love, reflects the family's commitment to quality. Beginning with the meticulous selection of superior seeds and nourishment with organic matter and microbiology, the care continues with the involvement of over 30 families, all trained to handpick ripe fruits for the perfect harvest.

The journey into an intricate process tailored for decaffeination. Ripe fruits are meticulously collected and undergo a series of steps: careful disinfection with treated water, density-based selection using water, a 90-hour fermentation employing preferments akin to sourdough, thorough washing, and the use of a natural solvent obtained from the coffee itself for caffeine extraction.

After a 48-hour immersion in the solvent, the beans are washed again and left to dry for approximately 8 days, ensuring they reach the perfect moisture level before packaging. This meticulous decaffeination process maintains the integrity and flavor profile of the coffee, resulting in a decaf blend that retains the essence of its origins while catering to those seeking a caffeine-free option.
