A coffee born from the rich heritage of Colombia's Los Nogales farm in Pitalito - Huila. Nestled between lush mountains, this coffee, cultivated at altitudes of 1870-2000 meters, boasts a legacy spanning five generations of the Hernández family.

From the vision of Ricaurte Hernández, whose dedication led the farm to win the inaugural 'Cup of Excellence' in 2005, to the commitment of Oscar Hernández, who inherited his father's passion after a tragic loss in 2013, this coffee embodies a story of resilience and excellence.

Crafted through meticulous care, employing sustainable farming techniques, and a dedication to innovation, each bean undergoes a meticulous journey. From careful seed selection and organic nourishment to a precise post-harvest process involving manual selection, eco-friendly washing, controlled fermentation, and careful drying in guardiola for 64 hours at controlled temperatures, the result is a cup of exceptional quality and flavor.

Los Nogales doesn't just cultivate coffee; it nurtures a community, providing employment to over 30 families and championing environmental stewardship. With a focus on technology, research, and social responsibility, this coffee represents more than just a brew—it's a tribute to a family's enduring dedication to the art and science of coffee production.
